Match-drilled rivet holes for nutplates; dimpled support bracket and F-9119C anchor bracket for flush rivets, then filed down back side of dimples to allow flush mounting of nutplates. Smoothed, prepped and primed tube guide and anchor bracket. Began to blind-rivet the tube guide to the right inboard seat rib when I realized that the rivets in the call-out were flush rivets. Drilled out two rivets, countersunk the rivet holes in both inboard seat ribs for both brackets and blind-riveted the tube guide to the right inboard seat rib. With the friction block and slide tube in place, clecoed the support bracket to the left inboard seat rib to check fit of assembly.
