Laid out and drilled #30 rivet holes in WD-415 trim anchor bracket. Deburred bracket and E-816PP trim cover plate. Laid out bracket placement on cover plate and match drilled #30 rivet holes in cover plate. Dimpled screw holes in cover plate and had to remove elevator to dimple screw holes in E-615PP trim reinforcement plate; had to work around previously installed nut plates. Chased nut plates slightly with tap and test fit panel.
