Brief Description: Install Elevators; Drill Horns pt. 2
Rigged back side support for drilling right elevator horn. Drilled #40 guide hole, then to #12 for pushrod assembly bolt. Remounted right elevator and measured gap between horns: 55/64". Fabricated guide block for drilling left horn out of hardwood and aluminum chunk cut from Vans bolt guide plate to get the correct thickness. Drilled guide block hole on drill press, then inserted guide block between horns and match-drilled left horn to #12.
