Match-drilled and deburred spars, hinge doublers and spar reinforcement plates. Fluted and edge finished E-703 end ribs and E-704 counterbalance ribs. Clecoed and match-drilled end ribs and counterbalance ribs. Clecoed end ribs and counterbalance ribs to E-702 spars and match-drilled. Clecoed end ribs, counterbalance ribs and E-713 counterbalance skin togther, sandwiching E-714 counterweights between ribs and counterbalance skin in preparation for match-drilling through counterweights. Did research on drilling lead and cutting oils.
