Brief Description: Rolled and Riveted Rudder Leading Edge pt.1
Fabricated tooling to roll rudder leading edge skins. Used long pipe for initial rolls; experimented with various methods. Hand-massaged lower sections closer together in ordor to set clecos. Match-drilled holes with #30 reamer and set AD-41-ABS blind rivets. Tried to make sure skins were in close contact, despite slightly mismatched curves on lower sections. Exterior fit was good after riveting.
