Missing hinge brackets arrived: drilled holes & clecoed in place. Flute & debur ribs. Work on left horizontal stabilizer: cleco frame together; cleco on left skin; test fit HS-00005 & HS-00006 ribs. Remove front spar to relieve more material for HS-00005 rib. Recleco skin; refit ribs; mark rib holes. Need to buy angle air drill and C-clamp locking pliers for next steps.
