Brought top empennage fairing back to hangar and mounted on tail. Laid out aft attach plate screw holes; removed fairing. Drilled #40 pilot holes; removed inspection covers. Final drilled holes to #30 and tapped 6-32 and 8-32 threads. Reamed out screw holes on inspection plates to 5/32".
