Sanded and notched aft end of skirts prior to joining halves together. Made a rectangular mold plug from card stock and shipping tape to fit over canopy rail. Mixed epoxy and applied fiberglass to upper and lower sections of skirt. Mixed flox and applied as fillet in required areas before adding more fiberglass cloth over the top.
