Cut out and applied aluminized heat barrier material to inside of bottom cowl; pressed on firmly with fiberglass roller. The seams and edges were sealed with aluminum tape, rather than the high temp RTV suggested in the instructions. Rolling in the tape made a much neater and easier installation, and the results were far better than anticipated.
