Brief Description: Cowling Work pt. 66

Removed alternating inserts and clecos along horizontal flange rows. Drilled pilot holes out to 15/32", centered on flange holes. Removed top cowl and riveted receptacles onto open flanges. Sanded areas of top cowl to improve surface fit of flanges.
