Fabricated and shaped right conical gusset; fit to right side and front baffles. Removed bottom cowl to adjust and trim right front baffle; drilled 3/4" hole for alternator blast tube. Laid out and drilled rivet holes in conical gusset; match-drilled through right front baffle and side baffle tab.
