Prepped left elevator skin tip flanges for Pro-Seal; cleaned elevator and tip flanges. Mixed Pro-Seal and applied to skin flanges, tip flanges and counterweight. Placed tip on elevator, clamped with jaw clamps and blind riveted to secure; left clamps on until Pro-Seal cures.
