Brief Description: Rudder/Stabilizer Tip Work pt. 23
Relieved areas of wood retaining strap on vertical stabilizer stand that was making contact with forward end of rudder bottom. Laid out and drilled #40 holes in vertical stabilizer spar flange. Used strap duplicator to match-drill holes in triangular patches on rudder bottom. Removed rudder and jig from C-frame table.
