Brief Description: Rudder/Stabilizer Tip Work pt. 18
After spot putty dried, sanded and cleaned areas and hung the rudder on the vertical stabilizer to check alignment. Not good. Appears to be a slight slant in counterweight area of rudder that was not noticed before. Right side of rudder tip bulges past right side of vertical stabilizer tip. Pondered possible implications.
