Brief Description: Rudder/Stabilizer Tip Work pt. 2
Machine countersunk flush rivet holes in fiberglass tips with abrasive countersink drill bit. Mixed Pro Seal and ran bead around rudder counterweight mounting nuts, counterweight perimeter and along inside of tip flanges. Fitted rudder tip to top of rudder, clecoed in place and riveted with CS4-4 blind rivets. One stem broke long; cut and filed down.
