Purchased new UHMW polyethlene material from Soltis Plastics and fabricated better thrust washers. Filed ends of rudder pedal tubes and brake cylinder arm tube to refine fit and action of rudder pedals on rudder axles and against brake cylinder tube, creating proper alignment with pilot holes for tube bolts. Drilled out pilot holes to 3/16" and assemble with bolts. Grappled with problem with existing rivet spacing on ends of each attach angle. Called Van's builder support, discussed the issue and decided to drill out the flush rivets set in aft holes.
