Brief Description: Left Elevator - 06 - Made Rib for Trim Tab Area
- Went over to a fellow RV builder's house (Axel) to properly bend the trim tab and modify the Left Elevator skin to allow for a rib instead of bending the tabs. - Axel and I made a rib (Well, Mostly Axel...) and trimmed the elevator skin. Turned out nice and was a lot easier then bending it. - We bent this little guy on a bench vise. Axel made it look easy...I would have never been able to pull it off. - Axel had a really good idea. He installed his about a 1/16" so he can fill in the hole later making a really clean transition.

Here's the rib being trial fit in the Left Elevator. Looks nice.
