Brief Description: CH5-02: Finished Top Longeron Jigs
Finished cutting, sanding and filing the Top Longeron Jigs. The band saw really helped cut them down to size faster than a jig saw. The sanding and filing still took a lot of time. I need a better way to do this.
Verified level on my work bench and shimmed accordingly. Measured and marked the center of my table. Laid the jigs in place and marked their position. Clamped them in place and pre-drilled screw holes and screwed them to the table.
Put packing tape down each side and on the table.
