Cut F22 out of foam and sanded/filed edges straight and to the line.
I noticed when I glued the two sheets of foam together there was a spot half way down the sheet that popped up. I was waiting to see where it would fall on the part before deciding what to do about it. As luck would have it...it landed right at the center of the bulkhead. I think it will be an easy fix. I will just splice in a new piece of foam.
