Brief Description: CH4-03: Cut and Beveled Seat Back Bulkhead
Measured and cut the Seat Back Bulkhead to Plans Dimensions. Verified sizes against template.
Set up the 45 cut with a straight edge and some clamps. Set the straight edge back .75 and used a Japanese saw to cut the angle. Then went over the face with 60 grit to smooth out any saw tooth spots and any high spots.
Put a slight rounded edge on the top for glassing.
