Brief Description: installed rudder top bolt, torqued vert. stab bolt
Manual 11-02 steps 5 & 6 - installed the top rudder hinge bolt, washers and nut. Did not use the bolt holding tool. A forcep worked better to hold the bolt. See notes in the KAI pages for the washrs used.
Torqued the 4 forward and 8 aft vertical stabilizer mounting bolts to 30 in-lbs. Did not apply torque seal due to cold air temp.
