Brief Description: adjusted thottle cables, misc

Manual 50-06 steps 2 & 3 - readjusted the throttle cables on the carbs both left and right. Manual 50--04 and 50-07 step 7 - applied firewall sealant on the throttle, choke and heater cables, and applied to the wiring grommet. Verified Manual 46-16 steps 8 & 9 for the fuel overflow line wiretied near the gascolator. Applied blue wrap to the flap handle.
