Manual 48-04 finish step 5, torque exhaust tube nuts to 133 inlbs per Rotax install manual edition 3 Rev. 0 78-00-00 page 5. Manual 48-06 step 1 check muffler clearance through cowl opening, sand a little bigger for good clearance. Steps 2 & 3 apply Red RTV Permatex 81161 650 F to the retention springs.
