Manual 38-09 step 6 finish, rivet rivnuts on the colw for the close out bracket Manual 38-09 step 7 install close out, step 8 drill #30 pilot holes in the bottom cowl for the close out mounting, drill to #19 Manual 38-02 steps 6 & 7, cut out the exhaust and the fuel check holes, plus trim the inlet holes on the bottom cowl
