Brief Description:  rivet nut plates, check tank for leaks and sensor

Manual 37-07 steps 8 & 9, rivet nut plates onto the flange.

Tested fuel level sender in right side up and upside down positions. Using digital volt/ohm meter checked continuity from sender flange to tank - ok. Check right side up ohm reading at 242 which is within correct value using this meter which reads about two ohms high. Check upside down ohm reading at 31.2 which is correct.

Assembled filler neck onto the tank. Attached the VA-261 filter outlet fitting per 37-02 step 17 using Loctite #567 sealant. Attached the leak test fittings including balloon. Blow up the balloon using bicycle pump. Sprayed soapy water around all of the seams and did not detect any bubbles. Left the air in over night and the balloon was still fully inflated after over 18 hours.
