Manual 12-09 finish step 6, steps 7 - 8, final drill the #27 holes in the fairing/tailcone.
Remove the fairing, lots of filing of the stabilator skin, some sanding on the fairing. re-stall fairing and remark for more filing and sanding Do it again until clearance is made as desired.
