Manual 49-02 Step 4 , make new FF-1206A hinge due to poor drilling on the original stainless drill.
Manual 49-03 step 7&8 match drill the hinge and deburr holes in hinge and cooling box bracket. Used a new cobalt #30 drill bit and cutting wax. Made for much more accurate drilling.
Manual 49-04 step 1 rivet cooling box and hinge with MSP-42 rivets.
