Brief Description: clamp tailcone fairing, drill inboard holes in tai

Manual 12-08 steps 7 and 8 clamp fairing to tailcone alligned as required. Manual 12-09 steps 1 and 2 drill #40 holes in-board in the fairing and the tailcone. Prepare to install the stabilator. Check the parts received for the pitch trim servo tray. Decided to not install the new tray at this time.
