Brief Description: mounted the wings, drilled the torque tubes
Manual 32-09 steps 3 & 4 secure the bolt in the controls to keep them from moving and in the neutral position. Flaperon in lower detent position.
Mounted the wings for a second time. Made sure the wing spar tubes were inserted all the way and latched as if ready to fly. Was still very difficult to get the tubes into and out of the wing spars. Had to use the tube expander again. Adding more grease helped but had to use a block of wood and hammer to get them in, and a block of wood and pry bar to remove the tubes.
Manual 32-10 steps 1 - 4 with flaperons dropped via 0.125" spacers, drilled the torque tubes #30 on the top only per the instructions. Not too difficult to drill the holes.
