Brief Description: Attach control stick push rods, wire connector
Manual 32-05 step 6, watched the Homebuilt Help video and they suggested using super glue to temporarilly hold the washes on either side of the push rod bearings. This worked very well, was able to easily assemble them. Tightened to 30 in/lb torque and applied torque seal.
Manual 32-05 step 7, attached the control arm push rods onto the Flaperon MMixer Bellcrank. Tightened until stop nut bottomed out on bolt threads, no torque but applied torque seal as an indicator for future inspections.
Manual 31B-12 step 7 and 8 finish by attaching an electrical fitting to right side push to talk wire and connected them together. This was not done before because I was missing the connector and ordered some more from Vans.
