Brief Description: cleco and match drill Panel Base to longerons
Manual 29A-05 step 6, cleco the panel base to the fuselage and match drill into the longerons.
Needed to use large clamps to clamp and spread the longerons as much as up to 1/4" to allow for proper alignment. After some over stretching they only needed about 1/8" movement for alignment. Deburred the drilled holes.
