Brief Description: work on fuselage center section assembly
Manual 20-02 steps 1 - 4, add nut plates and bolt on retainer blocks. Retainers bolted to 30 in pound and torque seal applied.
Note: called Vans tech help to clarify that the two holes in the center section (see step 3) are dimpled. Darrel said just drill them out and they should be fine. I also filed down a slight dimple left before bolting.
Manual 20-03 step 1 steps 5 - 8, further fuselage center section prep for match drilling. Separated and deburred F-1204P-L & R, F-1204T-L & R, F-1204U-L & R.
