Brief Description: Building horizontal stabilizer

Began building horizontal stabilizer by matching the skin to the rear spar channels and clecoed the skin to the rear spar. Final drilled each open hole . Marked the skins and removed them from the spar. Cleaned all edges and deburred all holes.
