Today I will began fitting the emphanage to the fuselage. The first thing I did was to make the shims for the leading edge of the horizontal stabilizer. Because other builders had suggested I make them a little thicker than what the plans called for, I made them 3/16 instead of 1/4.I now instlalled the horizontal stabilizer to the fuse, leveled, drilled attach holes and bolted it in place.Now I began fitting the vertical stablizer in place. I leveled and squared it into place and drilled the attach holes. Now I temporarly bolted both Horizontal and Vertical stabilizers in place.Wow, it's beginning to look like an airplane.I began to fab the F-635 assembly for elevator controlls. I finished these and primed them.It's been a long day so I cleaned the shop and quit for the day.
