Prepared all the rudder skeleton parts today. Not a lot to it--the few ribs, the spar, the rudder horn and it's brace and the counterbalance assembly at the top. All the parts were clecoed together, match drilled, dimpled, countersunk, prepped and primered. The ribs were fluted as needed. The horn brace takes some fabricating with the trimming of the excess material and the filing, grinding, and scotchbriting until the part is completed.
