Layed out and set up for the bending of the end tabs on the trim tab. Layed out the locations for the foam spars and scuffed the area in preparation for the adhesion of the spars. Bent the trim tab with the home-made wooden brake until the gap at the open end was 1 3/32". Performed the bends on the trim tab skin end tabs using the clamped wooden wedges described in the manual. Fabricated the electric trim control horns. Drilled, deburred and riveted the horns on. Fabricated the foam trim tab ribs.
Finished right elevator and trim skin all bent--the good kind of bent.
