Clecoed, drilled, fluted the ribs as needed for a nice fit of the counterbalance skins to the ribs. Drilled, deburred and dimpled all the ribs for both elevators, and prepped them all for primering. Primered all the parts we prepped today.
Pneumatic squeezers make quick work of rib dimples.
The counterbalance skin to rib riveting is critical and the more clecoes the better.
