Brief Description:  Big day on the stab

While Matt used the DRDT tool and dimpled all the holes on the skins, I was able to use the pneumatic squeezer to make fairly quick work of the rib dimpling. Countersunk all the needed holes on the spars on both sides of the stabilizer, then cleaned, prepped, and primered all the parts in preparation for rivet assembly.
I am scotchbiting the parts to death, followed by an acetone bath, followed by a Sherwin Williams "Aqua Prep" bath, followed by the application of Sherwin-Williams "GBP 988". After assembly, I hit the parts again with the primer to coat any scratches that may have been introduced during the final assembly. Long, but productive day.
