Spent 2 hours removing wings from packing case. They are now resting on tables.
Undid the temporary rivets in the right wing and removed the rear skin.
Dressed up the fuel tank in cork ready for installation
Bent the fuel sender units as described in the assembly manuals
One of the fuel filler caps will not screw into the tank - keeps galling. On close inspection the thread looks as if it was cut without adequate lubrication. There are rough spots easily palpable with a finger and visible as well. The other cap is fine (screws easily into both tanks)
