Brief Description: Adding Oil and Dip Stick Marking

Lifted tail to remove any perservative oil in the oil pan, Per Lycoming, minimum safe oil level is 2 3/4 Quarts. Maximum oil level is 12 Quarts. Added oil in following steps and measured distance on dipstick. 3 qts = 1/2" 4 qts = 7/8" 6 qts = 1 9/16" 8 qts = 2 3/8" 10 qts = 3 1/4" 12 qts = 4 3/32" Marked dipstick with file at 4 - 6 - 8 - 10 - 12 quart increments.
