Painted the following True Blue Ranthane: 1) FAB scoop 2) Spinner 3) Lower Engine Cowl 4) Top nose bowl 5) Two side boot cowl sections
On the measuring cup using the 2:1 ratio @ 3 parts. Thinned Ranthane 2 parts catalyzed paint to 1 part reducer. Recommendation is thin to 3 parts to 1. Still some slight orange peel. Having to filter paint twice to reduce grit. Not sure if grit is a static problem or coming from paint/gun. Just enough paint to do this job. Temp 68 - 74 deg F.
One run on spinner!!! Nozzle turned wrong way after coming off another part. I hate painting!!!
