Got quite a bit done tonight but not without a lot of set backs. Took the 19 blanks I made for the flap ribs and started flanging the edges and the lightening holes. Of the 19 I needed 18 to come out good. Ended up with only 13 coming out good. Kept getting small hairline cracks when flanging the rear most hole. Thought it was from the Hydraulic press so I tried using the arbor press and they would still crack. It the future I think I will make a male and female die instead of just the male side. This will probably resolve the issue. Did end up remaking 5 of them in the end but I now have 18 finished flap ribs. Time to start on the ailerons. Also got the rest of my updated plans in and now know how to finish up the center and tip ribs.
