I started aligning and drilling nose ribs. I started to clamp them all in place first then drill but you cant get in between them well to drill if they are all in place. So I am aligning one at a time, clamping and match drilling before I go on to the next nose rib. I also drilled the flap drive for one of the wings in place since one of the attach angles for the nose ribs will be held in place by the bolts that holds the flap drive mechanism. Before I drill the flap drive into place I put the flap torque tube in to make sure it was not in a bind and would turn freely.
