I decided to put the accidental left aileron drive assembly back in the jig and grind off the arm that I put on the wrong side. When I got done I thought I would just heat the metal to melt in the old welds and make it look better. Seems that I got to much heat on it as it warped badly. Looks like I will have to remake the entire part all over. I tried straightening but it just would not happen. I am afraid to try to use it now. I will have to order fresh material to make it over. I decided to cut out the parts for the root torque tube support and the bell crank for the aileron. Put together a list a material I will need to assemble the flaps and ailerons in the next step.
