I was able to cut out the remainder of the hinges and get them bent into shape today. This completes all parts that require being made out of sheet steel. I still have to build the hinges that are made out of the tubing. I do not want to cut the tubing until I am ready to weld it all together as to not get peices mixed up. The flat parts of steel that are bent into shape are easily identifiable.
