Brief Description:  Attach Angles

Finally got to start working on my bearhawk again. I had stopped for a little while why I was refurbing a motorcycle and then I wrecked on another motorcycle braking my shoulder blade. Still unable to lift my arm up but I am getting better. Anyhow...

Took all the attach angles that I made and marked centerlines and drilled primary spar cap hole. I used a 2x4 and laid the angle on the edge. On the 2x4 I marked the 5/16 from the outside edge of the angle and drew a centerline. I used the 2x4 as a template by marking the wood and just placing the angle on the wood. Then I used another section of a 2x4 and clamped it to the drill press. I took another small piece of wood and screwed it to the 2x4 to work as a stop for the angle. I drilled the hole 1/2" from the top. This will allow me to cleco the angle to the spar and mark the other holes via the the holes already in the spar.

I feel like none of this made sense in typing it out. It was really easy though.

All attach angles are ready to be match drilled to there locations on both main and rear spars.
