Started with left over strips of 1 1/4" .032 metal about 4 inches long and debured them, bent them to 90 degrees, and marked rib location holes. 16 of them got 3 holes for the rib location (Pocket ribs for ailerons) and the remainder of the 44 total got 4 holes for each rib location mounting. Have a question about the pocket ailerons that attach to the rear spar. On the plans it does not show a spacer in two of the pocket aileron locations but it seems bad to not have them. I will ask the bearhawk group.
