Match drilled aft top and bottom cap strips to front top bottom cap strips to #40 hole. reinstalled cap strips on spar web and began to open up the #40 holes to #30 holes on the top cap strips. Installed the web spacers using pilot hole #40. Drilled holes for all spar attach spacers and fittings to pilot hole size of #40.
