Got all 16 aileron nose ribs done tonight. I still need to finish the last 15 degrees of the flanges but I plan on doing all the ribs at once for that after I put some good quality shag carpet down to work them on. I had to scrap 1 aileron nose rib because I started bending it then realized I had not put my radius on the jig yet. Instead of taking the chance I just scrapped it and made another one.
Overall I think they look good and was very pleased with them. It was actually fun making them.
