Got to finally start on the 1st of the 3 ribs that are not from the master form block. I made a copy of the plans carefully making sure that the scale did not change. I then cut out the 1 to 1 drawing of the nose rib and glued it to a piece of oak and cut it out. The first one I did I forgot to add 1/2" flange at the bottom as you can see in image 2. After I realized what I did I used it to cut a new one out with the flange. I will modify the one I messed up on and use it to bend the flanges so not a total waste of time. I was able to cut out all the 16 blanks today with the bandsaw. I will route to the exact size tomorrow and finish them up.
